In 1922, Shamrock Foods Company was founded with 20 cows, a truck, and a dream. One hundred years later, the family-owned and -operated Forbes 100 privately-held company employs more than 5,600 associates. The company serves customers across the nation through its family of manufacturing and food distribution companies, including Shamrock Foods (the largest independent foodservice distributor in the West and top five in the United States) and Shamrock Farms (one of the largest family-owned and -operated dairies nationwide).

Join us as Vince Daniels, Shamrock’s Chief Human Resources Officer, shares the history of Shamrock’s growth, the principles that have made the company great, his journey with the company and his approach to leadership.

Vince Daniels, in his role as CHRO for Shamrock Foods Company, is a well-respected and trusted advisor in building organizational excellence, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and focusing on talent management as a key differentiator. Vince is instrumental in championing Shamrock’s Associate Value Proposition including the company’s highly successful holistic approach to total wellbeing.

He has worked in various industries including distribution, government, and engineering. Prior to joining Shamrock Foods Company, Vince worked for Reinhart Foodservice, The Martin-Brower Company, Morrison-Knudsen Corporation, and the United States Office of Personnel Management.
