That is the theme of the newly formed AzBL Connections Committee. Our mission: to provide more opportunities for our members to connect with each other. We surveyed our membership to find out what members want from their AzBL experience. At the top of the list are more social/fun gatherings, learning expeditions and special
event opportunities to give back to the community.

Some of Arizona’s top business leaders are members of AzBL and each brings a wealth of leadership knowledge and experience. Because of that, the Connections Committee is promoting one-on-one engagements between members. Connections Cards are distributed at AzBL events and members are encouraged to take a card and connect with that member outside an AzBL event for coffee or lunch to get to know the member, their business, and to share leadership experiences.
