A Seattle, Washington native now having resided in Arizona for over 20 years, the sunshine originally brought me to this beautiful state in 1998. I am a Founder and Principal of Bridgemark Insurance Group, a boutique national employee benefits firm. We have had the pleasure of providing consulting services focused on employee benefit plans, human resources, compliance and technology for companies of all shapes and sizes – we have offices in 4 states, and we continue to have year over year growth. A few of the many challenges we help our clients face is how to manage the increasing group health insurance costs, member utilization, population health management and understanding fully insured vs. self-insured group medical plan options and design.

In the years leading up to the launch of Bridgemark, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, MBA in Finance, and then finally my MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management where I studied the complexities of international business, including travel to China, Brazil, Chile, and Peru. I am a published author and have been involved in the past with organizations such as, ‘Junior Achievement’ and ‘YearUp’ where I was able to teach, mentor or coach those in need.

I spend most my time balancing professional commitments and sharing quality time with my wife and 2-year-old son. We enjoy traveling, time with family & friends, enjoying the outdoors, watching good movies and eating great food! It is an honor to be a part of this dynamic group, and I look forward to the great conversations and new faces in the months and years to come.
