Justin Firestone, Co-founder

Wheels Up

Justin Firestone is a pioneer & proven leader in the global private jet industry. Justin is the co-founder of Wheels Up, which he helped launch in 2013. In 2021, Wheels Up became a publicly traded company and currently trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker UP. 

Prior to this experience, his impressive background includes:

• President, Asia-Pacific for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, now branded as Textron Aviation 
• Founder of Asia Jet in 2007
• Senior Executive with Marquis Jet
• Director with eBizJets, now branded as Sentient Jet

Justin’s experience makes him a true leader in the private jet industry and a regular source for quotes in consumer and industry publications worldwide.

Justin’s ties to Arizona include graduating from Arizona State University, where he has stayed heavily involved as a supporter of Sun Devil athletics, and being a minority owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks!

Firestone is a regular guest lecturer for ASU Aviation students. Justin and his wife, Natalie, launched a scholarship program in 2021 for entrepreneurial students working on disrupting the aviation industry with an innovative product or service. 

Justin inspires with his charismatic and positive energy and we look forward to hearing the Wheels Up story on October 6, 2022 through a moderated Q&A format.
