Please join us on January 16, 2024 as we welcome Adam Goodman, CEO of Goodmans. Adam is the third generation to lead the 70-year-old family business. Adam has worked to bring Goodmans into the 21st-century, leading his industry in training and employee development. Adam has been vocal about understanding unconscious bias and was featured last year on a segment on CNN titled United Shades of America.

Under Adam’s leadership, Goodmans became the first certified B Corp in Arizona. Goodmans has been honored as Impact Company of the Year by the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Top Social Responsibility Company by the Arizona Republic and a 12x winner of the Best Places to Work award. Adam personally has been honored with the GPEC’s Community Impact Award.
