The Halpin Companies, Inc. is a national firm of leadership strategists and executive coaches in four states who facilitate complex initiatives involving diverse stakeholders in all industries. We do this by providing a strategic framework that complements the complex challenges facing our clients and thereby optimizing the results of our clients' strategic initiatives.

We are all graduates of premier coaching schools, and as a group, have over 125 years of combined corporate experience.
Leadership Strategist Team:
Katharine Halpin, CPA, MCC: Katharine has coached over 250 business professionals, including 30 CEOs in 14 states and Europe. She has been profiled in the Phoenix Business Journal, and interviewed in numerous publications, including the Arizona Republic, Arizona Business Gazette and The Wall Street Journal. Katharine, certified as a Master Certified Coach in 1998 by the International Coach Federation, is a pioneer in the coaching industry, coaching for ten years. In the past nine years she has given 75 workshops and seminars in 11 states.
Jane Chambers: Jane has a special interest in emotional intelligence and is a trained facilitator for the EQ at Work workshop, which combines experiential learning with personalized practice to develop new skills and behaviors.
Geri England, MEd, MS, CPCC: Geri quickly gets to the core of issues for individuals, teams, and businesses so they can bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
Richard Freedman: Rich utilizes a creative and highly motivating coaching style to help clients fully develop their strengths, clarify their vision, communicate more effectively, improve performance, and get better results.
Synthia Smith: Synthia helps leaders learn how to recognize hidden opportunity, develop people, grow high performance environments, and thrive in the midst of rapidly changing conditions. In the last ten years, she has assisted hundreds of clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
Barry Teller, M.S.: Barry's mission as a coach is to empower each of his clients and companies to thoroughly know their goals and values; moreover, he helps them develop a clear awareness of their chosen intention, so they can be very successful as individuals and as a company.
Leah Vanpoelvoorde, M.S.: Leah generates meaningful experiences that provide clarity, purpose, and direction for leaders and their teams, coaching her clients and their teams to maximize their innate wisdom, illuminate and articulate their visions for themselves and their organizations, and create a powerful plan to manifest their ideals both professionally and personally.
Barbara Ralson: Barbara is the founder and Chair of Camelback Community Bank. She brings all of her executive and leadership experiences to her work with CEOs and Senior Executives through the Halpin Companies, Inc. Her career spans more than 30 years and three bank acquisitions.
