The service is provided through “store-within-a-store” retail locations in the US, with corresponding sites in Guatemala, El Salvador, and a planned expansion into Mexico.
Que Onda Mundo Retail customers in the United States are able to schedule videoconferencing sessions with their families and friends and are charged on a per minute of usage basis. No fee for the receipt of a Que Onda Mundo call is charged in the Hispanic country.
