Laura Roberts – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder and CEO, Ms. Roberts is a dynamic thinker, innovator and leading force behind Pantheon Chemical’s new business development and expansion plan. Since 1999, Ms. Roberts has directed extensive reorganizations of the company to include: development of its management team, protection of its IP, automation of its manufacturing operations, definition of its markets and articulation of its sales and distribution strategy.
Ms. Roberts’ current focus is to ensure that Pantheon Chemical and its mission, products and services are consistently and accurately presented to relevant Pantheon Chemical stakeholders. She also oversees the planning and execution of the business plan and works with executive management to target strategic alliance and partnership opportunities with leading industry distributors.
While Pantheon Chemical was in its early stages, Ms. Roberts spearheaded comprehensive five-year market analysis of several industries that confirmed the need for Pantheon Chemical’s core environmentally safe technologies which include non-chrome processes in aircraft preparation, weapon care systems, industrial cleaners and metalworking fluids. Once the analysis was completed, Ms. Roberts consulted with leading engineering and manufacturing companies to design engineering procedures which are successfully used today in the implementation of the products.
A summa cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Ms. Roberts was elected to Phi Kappa Phi and for two successive years enjoyed the distinction of being the University’s highest ranking scholar. She also completed additional graduate level studies in Educational Psychology and Economics. Most recently, Ms. Roberts was selected to the 2006 class of the Birthing of Giants program; a highly regarded education program hosted by MIT Enterprise Forum, Inc. and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for the world’s most promising entrepreneurs.
Currently, Ms. Roberts actively participates in a variety of industry and business organizations. She sits on the Board of Directors for both the Hospitality Industry Hall of Honors out of the University of Houston, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, AZ Business Leadership Group and March of Dimes. In addition to her board positions, Ms. Roberts is also a member of the world’s largest CEO membership organizations Vistage, National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA), Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), Arizona Technology Council, Valley Forward, as well as acting as an Honorary Squad Commander at Luke Air Force Base.
